Version 2.3.0: Configuration externe + corrections

- Configuration externe /etc/zfs-nfs-replica/config
- Fichier config.example avec exemples Apprise
- Plus besoin de modifier le script pour notifications
- Amélioration gestion erreurs venv (vérification pip)
- Correction bug local hors fonction
- Auto-update désactivé par défaut
