fix(ci): Renommage secrets pour éviter restriction préfixe FORGEJO_

Forgejo n'autorise pas les noms de secrets commençant par FORGEJO_. Renommés :
- FORGEJO_TOKEN -> GIT_TOKEN
- FORGEJO_REPO_URL -> GIT_REPO_URL
